Photoshop CS3What a beautiful icon Louie Mantia brought us!

Grabbed Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Windows, it was an SSG release. As they said in the nfo, their keygen generates VLKs so no activation is needed. Okay okay no more piracy talk.

Installation took more than 5 minutes to finish, I didn't get a chance to choose which components to install. What's worse, the un-installation refused to let me remove components I don't want! I'm not sure if there are parameters for setup.exe but anyway this is considered rude and compelling! As for CS2, the only way (I know) to prevent components that I don't like to get installed, is to delete some of the setup files. And I will try the same trick later.

Update: I made it, by editing an xml script. Now I can choose which components to install.

The app loads pretty fast and it's not sucking as much memory as CS2 does. I've been loving the new interface since its beta. This is the best version of photoshop ever.

    pls pls pls thanks..I do not want the whole bunch of crap inclusive in the cs3 install ! can't find further info on how to re-enable the optioins!

    I couldn't install Photoshop CS3 cause unce that I do double click on the setup is shows me that The procedure entry point AttachConsole coundn't be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
    please help me

    The Xml script trick is posted here: blog.yubo.be/?p=25 and it lets you choose what components to install.

    I really don't understand the philosophy behind Adobe's original icons for Creative Suite 3 Apps.

    Simple squares look a little bit ugly to me, though the color variation is a great idea.

    Why throw away the previous beautifully designed style ?

    Help..iv installed the thing but when i try and 'setup' it says to close internet explorer.. it is closed anyone no what to do ???..cheerz

    i tried to get the trial for flash cs3 and a folder said payload so i got scared and cancelled
    as payload in dictionary said malicious softvare is it dangerous or normal vy does it day payload on the folder

    yes I heard CS4 is slugish and not as good as CS3. Anyone agree? Im sticking with CS3 for now until CS4 has got some good reviews.
